Good kinetic slot weapon to proc Facet of Solitude?

I'm looking for a good kinetic slot weapon to quickly swap to, so I can proc the Facet of Solitude (severs on precision hits).

The compendium states it's 20% of the mag +2 to proc this effect, so are lower magazine weapons better for this?

Currently I'm using different times pulse but the recoil does jump around a lot on that thing so the precision shots aren't as reliable.

Should also mention I'm using buried bloodlines as my main damage source with the devour loop on warlock.
