bhai ek baat btao me delhi me rehta hu 12th bhee delhi se hee kri hai , toh kya jossa , csab , jac delhi , ipu counselling ke liye mere pass domicile certificate hona chaiye delhi ka yah fir 12th marksheet se hee kaam ho jayega ??
